Aspray is a nationwide franchise providing a free insurance claims management service to you the Insured as we are paid directly by the Insurance Company directly. Whether you require home or building damage surveys, property insurance underwriting or an insurance claim dispute, Aspray NI can help. Our claims handlers will liaise with Northern Ireland or UK based insurance companies on your behalf.

  • PROPERTY REPAIRS

We can then also provide you with a full property repair service to return your property to the condition it was previously in. Our pre-approved Northern Ireland building contractors can complete any required property repairs, restoration, renovation or refurbishment. We will oversee their work and then directly invoice your Insurance Company when you are 100% satisfied of the work completed.

Our claims handlers are qualified loss assessors who will prepare a schedule of repairs for your insurance companies’ loss adjuster so you don’t need to obtain quotes – we do all that for you.
